Sessions were presented by Abhishek Sur (MVP) and Amit Bansal (www.amitbansal.net). Abhishek presented on developer enhancements in SQL Server 2012 and Amit presented on SQL Server wait stats. Having only 30 attendees in a classroom format, as opposed to 100+ in seminar halls, things worked in our favor as the speakers were able to one-to-one discussions on many occasions; kind of a closed group talk – in a way, it was more effective.
