Hi Geeks,

This is the time to say thanks to all of you who attended the SQLServerGeeks SQL Server Day event on 17th January 2015 at Gurgaon. This was the First event from SQLServerGeeks in the year 2015. We are also thankful to our event sponsor SQLMaestros. Two very informative and interactive sessions were delivered by SQLServerGeeks speakers in Gurgaon. I have lots of pictures of that event but I would like to share few of them including one of group photo.


Event was started with the introduction of SQLServerGeeks Community and people behind it. First Session was presented by SQLServerGeeks President Sarabpreet Singh Anand on A to Z of Managed Backups to Windows Azure. This is the new feature introduced in SQL Server 2014 to automate SQL Server Backups. Second Session was presented by SQLServerGeeks Chief Technical Editor Ahmad Osama on Introduction to Azure SQL Databases. In this session Ahmad explained about how to setup and use Azure SQL Databases.



Finally, we announced the biggest SQL Server Conference in ASIA. Yes, SQLServerGeeks is organizing SSG Annual Summit 2015, the Asia’s First Largest SQL Server Conference on 27-29 August 2015 at Nimhans Convention Center, Bangalore, India. There will be 60+ Sessions and 40+ speakers.We have the early bird price which will increase from 28th February. So, don’t wait and block your seat by register here.
