Gaurav is India Subject Matter Expert for SQL Server technology at IBM for last 4 years and is an Ex-Microsoftian and has spent more than 7 years with Microsoft SQL Server Escalation Services as Support Escalation Engineer. He has also worked on Oracle Database Servers for more than 6 years.

He has in-depth experience in SQL Server Replication and other High availability technologies and SQL Server performance tuning. He has done extensive research on SQL Server Merge Replication advanced features while working at Microsoft. He has worked closely with the SQL Server Product Team at Microsoft to resolve bugs especially in SQL Server Replication. He loves to deliver sessions on various SQL Server technologies and has delivered more than 200 trainings/sessions in last 10 years.

I have had my seat at Microsoft opposite to Gaurav Mathur and learned a lot about replication from his customer calls. This time it’s going to be a delight to watch him sharing his knowledge live at SSGAS2016.
