Amit Tikkiwal has been in the IT industry for over 16 years and has rich experience of managing end to end 24*7 IT operations, program management for complex technology transformations, IT service management, account management, business continuity and disaster recovery for large enterprises.

He is currently working with Infosys Limited and is responsible for spearheading technology transformations as he heads the multiple technology towers including SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, System Center, Citrix, Weblogic, BizTalk and more. An ITIL certified expert, Amit also heads the quality portfolio and is the service owner for the ISO 20000 certified group.

Amit is also responsible for brand management for his department. His nominations have won multiple prestigious international and national awards including CIO and PC Quest, he has published a number of joint case studies with vendors & partners, actively does customer references, webinars and video shoots.

At Infosys, he has led many technology transformation programs, some of which are “firsts” and “largest” implementations in APAC/India. Amit was the program manager and chief architect from Infosys for designing and implementing the “Largest SQL Server 2012 cluster in India. He also spearheaded the “First” PDW in India; both in the year 2014! The Citrix XenApp landscape that he manages is also one the largest in India.

In his previous role too Amit has handled mission critical IT landscapes for large enterprises; on-premises and on public cloud. Amit also has experience in consulting and financial banking domain.
