He has been working on SQL Server since last 12 years in various industries like BFSI, Healthcare& Background Verification. His real time handling of large and complex databases environment with world largest banks & pharmaceutical organizations give a cutting edge to his SQL Server Knowledge. In conjunction, he is very instrumental with Designing and Implementing Large SQL Server Infrastructure, Cloud (SaaS & IaaS), HADR & Automation.

Avanish is self-driven & strong believer of “A persons rises by Lifting Others”. In such a short span of time with SQLServerGeeks community, he has independently crafted, coordinated & successfully redeemed several SQL Geeks Meetups & Data platform day events. Also delivered many SQL Server sessions in SSG community events on latest topics. He intermittently blogs with SSG. In August 2015, Avanish was the part of the SQLServerGeeks core team who architected Asia’s First SQL Conference in Bangalore at NIMHANS Convention Center 700+ attendees, 50+ speakers, 80+ sessions spread across 3 days. As a speaker, SSGAS2016 is going to his FIRST ever international SQL Server conference.
