DPS 2017 Keynote Speaker – Mr. Narendra Bhandari, General Manager, Microsoft India

This is great news for the community to hear the veteran and a privilege for all of us to host him

Mr. Narendra is the GM of DX, Developer experience at Microsoft India. Mr. Narendra is responsible for new and emerging technologies and innovation programs with customers and partners as well as relationships with developers, startups, ISVs and venture capitalists. DX also works on productivity with Visual studio business in India.

He has worked at Intel over the last 20+ years on CAD, 3D Graphics stacks and moved to India in 1998. His most recent stint was running AsiaPacJapan for Software and Services Group at Intel.

A Computer Science graduate from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore and an MS Computer Science from Arizona State university. Mr. Narendra also has published on Multi-Level Texture Caching for 3D Graphics and in IEE on Hardware and a research testbed for switching software. He also did HPC switching systems work at CDOT Bangalore.
